Returns & Exchanges

14 days to change your mind

If a piece is not right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of the day it was delivered. This applies to every ready-made item in the shop, inside and outside the EU.

How to start a return

1. Write to info@oljaeinfalt.com or WhatsApp +385 91 620 3263 with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and, for exchanges, the options available.
3. Send the item back unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Keep the tracking number.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the item arriving back at the atelier. Original shipping costs are refunded for faulty or wrong items. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by the customer and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

Exchanges

Every piece is one of a kind, so an exact replacement is rarely possible. We can exchange for another piece of the same value, or refund the difference.

What cannot be returned

• Custom orders made to your measurements or colours.
• Items worn, altered, or returned without their original packaging.
• Hand painted glass that arrives broken is replaced or refunded in full. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo to info@oljaeinfalt.com or WhatsApp +385 91 620 3263 within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, are not affected by this policy.
