1. Seller

2. Products

All items are handmade and one of a kind. Photos show the actual item for sale. Small variations in colour, leather grain and brushwork are part of handmade work and are not defects.

3. Orders and contract

An order is placed by completing checkout. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is no longer available or a price was shown in error; any payment is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable [confirm VAT status]. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are paid by the recipient.

5. Delivery

Ready-made items ship within 2 business days by tracked post. Delivery estimates are given at checkout and in our FAQ. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by writing to info@oljaeinfalt.com. The item must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, within 14 days of the notice. Custom-made items are excluded. Full details: Returns & Exchanges.

7. Warranty and complaints

The statutory warranty for material defects applies. Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@oljaeinfalt.com or by post to the address above. We respond within 15 days. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Intellectual property

Designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Olja Einfalt and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

Croatian law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of residence remain in force.
