Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Every order is sent tracked from Split, Croatia.
How much does shipping cost?
Croatia €5. European Union from €8. Rest of the world from €15. Hand painted glass ships in reinforced boxes and costs a little more. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within 2 business days. Croatia 1–2 days, EU 3–7 days, rest of the world 7–14 days. Customs duties outside the EU are paid by the recipient.
Sizing and fit
What size are the harnesses and tops?
Most harnesses, chokers and belts are adjustable and fit sizes XS to L. Where a piece has a fixed size, the measurements are in the product description and the size guide shows how to measure. If you are unsure, send your measurements to info@oljaeinfalt.com or WhatsApp +385 91 620 3263 before ordering.
Can a piece be made to my measurements?
Yes. See custom orders.
The pieces
Is everything really handmade?
Yes. Olja Einfalt makes every piece herself: cutting the Italian leather, laying the chains, painting the glass. Nothing is printed or mass produced.
Will I get the exact piece in the photo?
Yes. Every item is one of a kind, so the photo shows the piece you receive.
How do I care for leather and chains?
Keep leather dry, store it flat or hanging, and condition it once or twice a year. Chains can be wiped with a soft dry cloth. See the leather care guide.
Can I use the painted glasses for drinking?
Yes. The paint is baked at 200 °C and is on the outside of the glass. Hand wash only, no dishwasher.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is packed as a gift. Add a note at checkout if you would like a message included.
