Handmade, one of a kind
Every piece is cut, stitched and painted by Olja herself and never repeated. What you order is the piece in the photo.
Fast fashion vs. this necklace
- Real Italian leather, not plastic. Mass-produced lookalikes are PU "leather" that cracks and peels within a season. Real leather softens, moulds to your body and looks better every year.
- Chains with real weight. Throwaway pieces use hollow, coated links that discolour after one festival. These are chosen to be worn hard and often.
- One artist, one piece. Cut, assembled and finished by hand in the atelier — no production line, no batch, no copy.
- Repairable for life. The atelier that made your piece can adjust or mend it any time. Cheap pieces get thrown away; this one gets a history.
Cheap twice or right once — handmade leather is the second option.

Italian leather cut by hand in the Split atelier, with metal chain and hardware. Keep leather dry, store it flat or hanging, condition it once or twice a year and wipe chains with a soft dry cloth.
